Step 1: Line a 9x9-inch pan with foil and grease well - I used butter. The brownies will absolutely stick to the pan otherwise.
Step 2: In the microwave, in short bursts, carefully melt white chocolate morsels and butter with 2 Tbsp of the sugar. Stir frequently.
Step 3: Stir in the remaining sugar, lemon juice, zest, eggs, and extracts.
Step 4: Stir together flour, baking powder, and salt; add to the egg mixture. Don't over-mix, just stir until flour incorporates evenly.
Step 5: Pour into prepared pan, and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool completely before cutting.
Note: Do not underbake, it just makes them sticky and weird.
